You or your client enter the incorporation details in the portal. The guided process asks for the company name, legal seat, purpose, and other information.
We review the details and prepare the documents. We clarify questions with you so that you can resolve any outstanding points with your client. We then release the documents for signature.
Your client signs and has their signature certified, or signs electronically. You send us the signed documents.
We coordinate the next steps with our notary. The notary notarises the transaction and forwards the documents to the commercial register.
The commercial register registers the company. You then receive the confirmation and the commercial register extract.

Who is this collaboration for?
For anyone who supports clients with incorporations, amendments, or other corporate transactions – including fiduciaries, lawyers, and business consultants. You can also work with us if these transactions are only an occasional part of your practice.
How do I receive the partner prices?
Choose “Request price list” in the contact form. We will send you the price list personally by email. The fees are the same for all partners and include notary fees.
How do we start working together?
With a no-obligation introductory conversation or directly with an existing case. You do not need to prepare anything or have a specific instruction ready.
Can I ask you to handle just one transaction?
Yes. There is no minimum volume, fixed contract term, or base or monthly fee. You pay for the services you commission and decide afresh for each subsequent transaction.
What do I charge my client?
You set your own terms with your client. We invoice you exclusively.
What specialist support is included in the price?
Advice and support for your commissioned transaction are included. You discuss corporate-law questions and related matters directly with us and pass the answers on to your client.
Which cantons do you cover for notarisation?
Our offer covers companies with their legal seat in a German-speaking canton of Switzerland. We currently do not support companies based in French-speaking Switzerland or Ticino.
How does notarisation through your partner notary work?
Notarisation takes place under a power of attorney at our partner notary in the Canton of St. Gallen. Your client generally does not need to attend in person. However, certain board or management resolutions may legally require a member of the highest governing body to be present. We coordinate such cases with you individually.
